I thought I’d share with you a gluten-free bread we’ve been making lately. The flavor is pretty good, although if you’re not a fan of peanut butter then I’d pass. It is super easy to make and stores well in the fridge or freezer. Here’s the original recipe:

We have a 3 year old in the house now! I can’t believe how fast time goes. It seems like just yesterday we were coming home with her from the hospital not knowing how much she would bring to our lives. She is a true joy and is turning into quite the “little girl”. She loves wearing dresses and anything that sparkles. She gets a thrill out of singing and dancing and could spend all day in her sandbox. She loves to play mommy to her dolls but is content to just sit and read books too. Mackenzie has a heart to love on people and loves learning more about Jesus. She can often be found singing “read read the Bible God wants us to know” (a song she sings in kids’ church). She is also an amazing big sister to Aubrynn. We love Mackenzie so much and adore how God is forming her into a beautiful young girl.
